What is Villa Amor’s refund policy?

Refund policy/cancellation:  notification with more than 42 days will result in a one night penalty. Cancellations with less notification will result in a 50% penalty and 50% credited for a future stay. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be credited.  Christmas and new year´s reservations will not be refundable or credited with less than 90 days notification. The refunds will be made by wire transfer. Cancellations due to weather or flight cancellations are not refundable.

What is included in my villa rate?

The rate includes your accommodation in a lovely villa/suite, daily maid service, wireless Internet connection, beach towels.

Does the rate include breakfast?

Breakfast is not included in your villa rate. Our popular seaside O restaurant offers a wonderful selection of tasty breakfast entrees including local fresh fruit and traditional American and Mexican breakfasts.

What’s the check-in procedure at Villa Amor?

Please check in at the Villa Amor reception right at the beach. Your villa will be ready at 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. If you are arriving after hours, please notify us 24 hours in advance so we can make special arrangements for your arrival.

Are there phones in the rooms?

Since Villa Amor offers an environment of relaxation and beauty, we do not have phones in each room. However, should you need to use a phone, most mobile phones work well in Sayulita, so you may stay in touch with civilization should you so choose.

 

What amenities are in the Villa Amor villas?

All of the premium villas have kitchens and some of our smaller villas are equipped with kitchenettes, a refrigerator, stove or hotplate, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. All villas have 110-watt outlets (the same as in the U.S.), coffee makers, hot and cold showers, and ample bottled water for drinking and cooking. All linens are provided. Hairdryers and irons are available free of charge upon request.

Do you have safes in the villas?

Most of the villas contain a safe. If your villa does not have a safe, or you have valuables you are exceptionally concerned about, feel free have our staff store your treasures in the safe at our front office.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Many of our villas are air-conditioned.

Does Villa Amor provide daily housekeeping?

Our housekeeping staff will do thorough cleaning in your villa every day.
